General indications
Indications: Food supplement based on Cascara and Frangula useful for the regularity of intestinal transit. Fennel promotes the elimination of intestinal gas. Schooling helps relaxation. Ingredients: Frangula extract (Frangula Alnus, bark tit. 7.5% glucofrangulins), Cascara extract (Rhamnus purshiana bark tit. 10% in hydroxyanthracenglycosides), Inulin, Escolzia extract (Eschscholnzia californica herb, tit. 0.2% in total alkaloids ), Fennel eg (Foeniculum Vulgare plant tit. 0.5% in essential oil). Excipients: Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium stearate. Recommended dosage: 1 or 2 tablets in the evening. Storage method: Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Do not dispose of in the environment after use. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in intact packaging. Warnings: do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Use during pregnancy, breastfeeding and under 12 years of age is not recommended. Consult your doctor before use if your cardiovascular conditions are not normal. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use for prolonged periods without consulting your doctor.

Frangula
This herb is able to stimulate intestinal function. Due to its properties it is able to pass through the intestinal system almost unscathed and then release its substances into the intestine. For this reason it is very effective for fighting constipation.
Cascara
It helps the peristalsis of the intestinal system or facilitates the transit of feces. In addition to this, the secretion of water and salts from the intestine increases: the stool consequently increases in volume and is softer, avoiding the usual expulsion problems of constipated people.
Inulin
Helps the well-being of the intestinal flora. It does not have a laxative action, it is an adjuvant in these cases to improve the response of one's intestinal flora. It is defined as a prebiotic precisely because of this property.
Escolzia
Herb that helps you fall asleep better. Excellent for those who feel agitated especially before falling asleep. Taking the tablets in the evening is a further aid not only for sleep but also for muscle relaxation and in particular of the digestive system.
Fennel
Always used to deflate, against meteorism. Helps digestion and controls flatulence. In the presence of constipation it is important to combine herbs with laxative action to manage the inevitable fermentation and consequently the swelling of the belly.
